Essential Tools
Below I have included all the essential tools that are needed to modify
PES4 for the PC version. Please note you may need WinZip (www.winzip.com)
or WinRAR (www.rarlabs.com)
to unpack some of the files, these can be found easily by visiting their
respective websites.
Older versions of the Essential Tools are still available from my edgefile
